The hotel is indeed situated in a tranquil location that promotes relaxation, which is perfect for those wanting to unwind or enjoy the facilities without venturing out too much. The gym staff, especially Hassan, offered fantastic support, and Saurabh at the restaurant was attentive, creating a welcoming dining atmosphere. My overall experience was marred by a significant issue. After enjoying what I hoped would be a delightful meal of fried fish personally prepared by the head chef, both my partner and I ended up with food poisoning. This was a serious health concern, further amplified by the poor food hygiene I observed. While the hotel boasts well-maintained facilities-including clean rooms and 24-hour reception-it's paramount to prioritize health alongside comfort when traveling. If you're looking for luxury, be aware of the associated risks. Hyatt offers a wealth of amenities, but slipping into a state of discomfort isn't worth the price. For a stay that prioritizes both health and value, consider your options wisely.
